HOW TO BUY VEGGIES
You can buy produce from BetterTogether Farm from mid-April through the end of October. Unlike a traditional farmer's market or CSA, you order the veggies you want online through our Online Market. Once we receive your order, we harvest, wash, pack, and bring it to town for you.
You can choose to pick up your veggies at the pick up sites or have them delivered to your door. Rest assured the veggies you ordered will always be fresh from the farm!
If you decide that BetterTogether is better alone, simply let us know and we can cancel your account for you.
THE ONLINE MARKET
The Online Market opens twice a week, once for Ardmore and once for Sulphur/Davis. When you create an account, you will receive an weekly email and text notification when the Online Market opens. Both the text and email will have a link directly to the Online Market page. You can add what you want to your cart and checkout. Easy to do on your computer or smartphone. You can always opt out of text reminders, but we've found most of customers love getting the quick reminder.
Sunday afternoon - Monday morning
The Online Market opens at 4:00pm Sunday afternoon and stays open until Monday morning at 8:00am. For our FarmFriend members, the market opens at 1:00pm on Sunday for premium access (more on FarmFriends below).
SULPHUR & DAVIS AREA

We bring your veggies to the Carriage House at the Ardmore Institute of Health for you to pick up. You also have the option to have your veggies delivered if your home or business is within 5 miles of this location.

CREATE AN ACCOUNT
In order to purchase from the Online Market, you'll need to create an account in our system. Having an account doesn't require you to order on a weekly basis, but you'll be missing out on the best veggies west of the Mississippi if you don't.
There is a $10 order minimum on the Online Market, so to be able to check out, you'll need at least $10 worth of veggies in your cart. You can order as much as you want over $10:)

OPTIONAL DELIVERY ADD-ON
You can choose to add-on a $5 delivery fee when you order your veggies and we will deliver them to your home or business the evening of pick up as long as the address you give us is within 5 miles of the pick up location.
If you won't be home when we deliver, leave a cooler on the porch and we'll tuck your veggies in for safe keeping.
There's no membership fee for this account. You will enter your payment info when you signup to be held for when you order.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Step-by-Step Instructions for the Sign Up Page
STEP 1: SELECT YOUR PICK-UP SITE
Select your choice of Pick-Up Site even if you plan to have your veggies delivered.
Click the Next button at the top of the page to continue.
STEP 2: ADD YOUR SHARE
This step confirms you are selecting the Free Market Pass. Add and click the Next button at the top of the page.
STEP 3: TERMS
This step describes how the Debit on Delivery system works. Your payment information is held by a secure 3rd party provider. This gives you the ability to pay online, while at the same time making sure you don’t get charged for your order until we bring it to the Pick-up location or deliver it. You can add to your order onsite from our Extras table and both your online order and your onsite order will be included in the same invoice. It’s a nifty system actually.
This form includes your email, a password for your account, your first and last name, your phone number (please use your cell number so you can receive the text notification), and your address. You have the option to add an additional contact if you want to make sure they’re in your account and get notifications.
STEP 5: PAY
Select the payment method you prefer. Your payment method will be stored so it’s ready to be used when you order.
PAYMENT METHOD OPTIONS
This is the same thing as a paper check except it’s electronic. Some folk like doing check better than credit card, so we have this option for you. We partnered with Check Commerce, a highly recommended secure system for handling your electronic checks. Simply enter your bank account number, routing number, and the last 4 digits of your SS number. Check Commerce will hold your information, so it will automatically charge it after we bring your order to Pick-up.
This is the most popular way of paying online, so we wanted to make sure you had a familiar method available to you. Authorize.net will securely store your information so it’s in your account and ready for when you order. Your order will be charged after we bring it to Pick-up.

Your payment method (check or card) will be charged after we bring your orders to the Pick-up site. That’s why it’s called Debit on Delivery.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Orders can be cancelled up to 8am the day of delivery. After 8am, orders cannot be cancelled.
-Monday by 8am for Monday afternoon delivery (Ardmore)
-Thursday by 8 am for Thursday afternoon delivery (Sulphur)
We do our best to make sure the veggies you get are beautiful and delicious. If you aren’t satisfied with your veggies, please email us and share how the item didn’t meet your expectations. We’ll be happy to give you a discount for your next order equal to the unsatisfactory veggie’s worth:)
The $49 FarmFriend Pass is nonrefundable.
DO I HAVE TO ORDER EVERY WEEK?
Nope. We don’t ask you to commit to order every week. You can order when it works for you. But realize you’ll be missing out on the best veggies west of the Mississippi;)
DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF VEGGIES WHEN I ORDER?
The Online Market has a $10 minimum set on it, so if you want to order online, you need to have at least $10 worth of veggies in your cart before it will let you checkout. You can order as much as you'd like above $10. 😊
You can also stop by the Pick Up Site and purchase veggies off the Extras table under $10. These veggies we can add to your account, so you don't even have to bring money with you.
CAN I ADD VEGGIES TO MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?
Yes, for sure. Anytime before 8am day of pick up, you can edit your order. PLEASE NOTE: Your online cart IS LIVE until the 8am deadline, so any modifications you make change your entire order. Ex: you order 3 items and then decide you want to order another 2 items. DO NOT REMOVE the items in your cart unless you don't want them. Only add items.
You can also add items onsite from our Extras table and it will run as a single order on your payment method.
WHAT IF I MISS PICKING UP MY ORDER?
Your payment information is held by a secure 3rd party provider (either Check Commerce or Authorize.net) and will be charged when we bring your order to Pick-up. We do our best to notify you when your order is waiting for you. If we can’t reach you, we will hold your order at the farm for the next 24 hours. If we haven’t heard from you by then, we will donate your order.
If we can reach you, we’ll hold your order for 48 hours and you’re welcome to collect it at the farm.
